Bird Walks Begin August 1st ...

Tijuana Estuary is happy to announce that beginning Sunday, Aug. 1, docent led bird walks will resume. Walks will start at the Visitor Center, 301 Caspian Way, and the group will walk leisurely along the North McCoy trail to see and identify the many birds of the estuary. The walk will go from 10 to 11 a.m. The trail is 2/3 mile long out and back with not much seating along the way. Binoculars will be available, however, you are encouraged to bring your own. There is no fee for this tour and it is for all ages. Bird walks will take place every first, third, and fifth Sunday of the month at 10 a.m., unless otherwise noted. Please check both the TRNERR Website Calendar at for any updates or cancellations. The Tijuana Estuary is excited to get back to birding with our visitors!
