The Navy SEAL Foundation will be hosting a fundraising event, the San Diego Teamwork Fitness Challenge on Saturday, Oct. 16, from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. The event will support the Navy SEAL Foundation.

The San Diego Teamwork Fitness Challenge was inspired by the Navy SEAL PST (Physical Screening Test). With a teammate, entrants will do 3 minutes max sit-ups, 3 minutes max push-ups and a 3 mile run. There will be a pre-event, max dead hang pull-ups.

To register or for more information, visit Register as a team or an individual; all participants will be given the opportunity to fundraise. The event will take place at the Pier Plaza in Imperial Beach. The $25 ticket includes NSF Teamwork Fitness Challenge Coin and entry for day of event activities. There will be an after party and awards at the Mike Hess Brewery at 11:30 a.m., 805 Ocean Lane.
