ORDINANCE NO. 2021-1204

The City Attorney has prepared the following summary of Ordinance Number 2021-1204.

Ordinance Number 2021-1204 would amend the City of Imperial Beach's Zoning Code (Title 19 of the Imperial Beach Municipal Code) to establish development standards and processing procedures for accessory dwelling units and junior accessory dwelling units in the city pursuant to state law.

/. This Ordinance was introduced at the regularly scheduled City Council meeting of December 1, 2021. It is scheduled for adoption at the regular meeting of January 19, 2022.
