3261¶NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING¶City of Imperial Beach City Council

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IMPERIAL BEACH, CA, will conduct a Public Hearing on April 15, 2020, at 5:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers located at 825 Imperial Beach Blvd., Imperial Beach, California, to consider adoption of the Transportation Uniform Mitigation Fee adjustment to $2,583.82 in accordance with the TransNet Extension Ordinance and Expenditure Plan (Prop A Extension). Copies of the proposed resolution, and governing San Diego County Regional Transportation Commission and City of Imperial Beach ordinances are available online at

by the above date and time. If you challenge the matter in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the City Clerk at, or prior to, the public hearing.
